About Our Event

HBCU Presidents and Chancellors are invited to join C-level leaders from corporations, foundations, religious and civic organizations for a collaborative conversation focused on securing resources and building our colleges and universities. The primary objective is the sustainability of our nation’s HBCUs for generations to come.

Even though HBCUs provide a culture of excellence to society, academia, and the African American community, the relevance of our institutions has long been at the center of academic and political debates. The sustainability of our institutions depends on us harnessing our collective power, resources, and influence to secure the future of HBCUs. We must unite to ensure that our institutions are equipped with the tools necessary to not only survive, but to thrive and flourish.

Each HBCU Institutional registration costs $100. This price includes up to five (5) registrants.

For HBCU Presidents/Chancellors, one night's hotel room and tax is complimentary at the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton, 230 N. College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Parking and incidentals will be paid for by the registrant. The deadline to register and qualify for this accommodation is March 20, 2024. Reservation must be booked in the NSS room block to qualify using the following DoubleTree Passkey link: https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/nbcahofcharlotte2024/

The sessions will occur at the Honeywell Corporate Headquarters, 855 S. Mint Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
